Damika Baker-Wilson is a career fundraising professional with more than 15 years of experience in museums and cultural institutions, specializing in annual giving, major gifts, campaigns, and development operations. A recognized leader in justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, she has held roles with the Smithsonian, Humanities DC, Academy Art Museum, and Reginald F. Lewis Museum. She is an alum of the Museum Leadership Institute's NextGen program and the Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy Radiant Leadership Institute. Damika serves on multiple nonprofit boards and holds a BA in Afro-American studies from the University of Maryland, College Park.
