David Wheeler (aka Dovey Wuvey) is an artist, arts instigator, and organizer. Currently serving as the president of the board of directors for Honeycomb Arts and Wellness Collective, and currently working for the Fine Arts Council of Trumbull County as the curator and manager of Art on Park, he is an organizer for Mahoning Valley Queer Action. David previously co-founded a program for fostering the arts within the addiction recovery community and works in collaboration with projects and organizations throughout Northeast Ohio.
