Melody Reed has worked at numerous arts organizations in Columbus and has been executive director at Columbus Glass Art Center (formerly Glass Axis) since 2018. Located in the heart of Franklinton, the nonprofit glass art studio is dedicated to celebrating the art and science of glass. While glass is still a heavily male-dominated art form, she's proud of this studio being one of the only female-dominated glass studios in the world. Melody holds a BA in music business (arts administration) from Otterbein University.
