Ricia Ballas is an accomplished fundraising executive with extensive experience in the arts, culture, and nonprofit sectors. She served a decade as vice president of development at Dayton Live, leading multimillion-dollar initiatives, strategic planning, and donor relations. Her career includes leadership roles at ThinkTV, Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra, Sarasota Ballet, and as partner with Wahrhaftig-Ballas & Associates, providing development and marketing services to nonprofits. She also spent five years with the American Red Cross. Ricia volunteers as board chair of Miami Valley Meals and past president of Kettering Rotary. She holds a BA in business and organizational communication from the University of Akron.
