Rob Bull, president and CEO of The Compass Group, brings more than 30 years of fundraising expertise, guiding clients to nearly $2 billion in philanthropic gifts across conservation, education, healthcare, and the arts. After honing his skills at Ketchum, Inc., he became one of Compass' first employees and helped build it into a leading national consultancy, acquiring the firm in 2024. Rob previously held senior fundraising roles at Washington College and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. An educator and lecturer, he also champions historic sites focused on African American heritage. Rob holds degrees from Goucher College and Antioch University.
