Workshop sessions do not require advance selection. You’ll choose which sessions to attend onsite. However, rooms do have capacity limits and may fill up.
ArtArounds are site visits that provide a behind-the-scenes look at our host city’s arts and cultural scene—an opportunity to connect directly with local artists and institutions. There are six ArtAround options to choose from this year in Cincinnati.
You’ll select your ArtAround when you check in at the conference on May 12, first come first served. All ArtArounds will take place simultaneously on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 13; shuttle transportation is provided. There’s no additional cost—admission to an ArtAround of your choice is included with your conference registration.
The Ohio Arts Council is committed to providing access and inclusion and reasonable accommodation in its services, activities, programs, and employment opportunities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable laws. Arts Impact Ohio will have ASL interpreters available on the mainstage during keynote and plenary presentations. To request additional reasonable accommodation due to a disability please contact ADA Coordinator Kim Turner at 614-995-0066 or kim.turner@oac.ohio.gov no later than Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
Most attendees tend to go the business casual route. Conference spaces tend to run on the chilly side, so you may want to bring layers just in case! If you’re participating in an ArtAround, you may also want to bring comfortable shoes since most tours involve walking. Several also include an outdoor component and will take place rain or shine, so keep an eye on the weather forecast as the conference approaches so you can pack whatever you need.
Yes – unless specified by individual presenters, electronic copies of slide decks will be shared with attendees after the conference via the Arts Impact Ohio website.
