Registration includes full access to the three-day conference, including the May 12 evening reception and keynote, networking events, admission to select ArtAround sites, all provided meals, and of course, all workshop and plenary content.

Registration closes Friday, May 1, or once the event sells out—whichever comes first. Arts Impact Ohio has sold out early every year it’s been held, so don’t wait!
Need-Based Scholarships
Application period: January 12 - 23, 2026
A small number of scholarships are available to help those who might not otherwise be able to attend the conference.
Applications will open Monday, January 12. All Ohio residents are eligible to apply. However, priority will be given to applicants who:

demonstrate need
-
have not previously received an Arts Impact Ohio scholarship

come from small and mid-sized arts organizations, arts education settings, or teaching artist practices
-
are not currently receiving or employed by organizations receiving Ohio Arts Council funding
